PROCESS - Sit in dandasana and fold the left leg and place the ankle near the left hip.Then fold the right leg and place it above the left leg.Remember,both the knees should touch each other.After that,lift the right hand and bend it back and take the left hand to the back and hold the right hand.Your back and neck should be straight.Take deep breathe.Stay in this pose for about 10 to 60 seconds.Repeat this pose with the other side.
