PROCESS - Sit in the ground and legs should be straight.First,bend the left leg and place it near the thigh of right leg.Exhale,Bend forward and touch the right foot with the hands.After that touch the head with the knee.Stay in this pose for about 10 to 40 seconds.Inhale and slowly come back.Repeat this pose with the other side also.
