PROCESS - First sit on the knees,After that Join both the hands in the front and turn the fingers towards the back side.Place the elbows on both sides of navel slowly straighten the legs towards back.The whole body weight will be on the elbows.In the completion stage the legs and head will be above the ground at equal level.
