PADAM ASANA


PROCESS - Sit straight.Then place the left foot on the right thigh and the right foot on left thigh.Remember your back and neck should be straight.Keep your hands on the knees in gayan mudra.
BENEFITS - It is a meditative pose.
Reduce fat in the region of thighs.
It,s very good for nervous system.

1)the camel pose
2)the natraj asana
3)triangle pose
4)ardh kati chakarasana
5)half wheel pose
precaution
1)Do not do ardh kati asana if you have bachache
2)Do not eat heavy food and water 1hrs before and after the asanas
