YOG MUDRA ASANA


PROCESS - Sit in padamasana or vajra asana.Take both the hands backward and hold the left hand with the right hand.Exhale and bend forward.Place the chin on the floor.Stay in this pose for about 10 to 60 seconds.Inhale and slowly come back.
BENEFITS - Cure gastric problem.
It cure constipation.
Good for diabetes.

i am shriya from class ix-c. i took these holidays to understand my problems. i have concluded that i have a problem of cramps(nas pe nas charna). they occur frequently leaving lot of pain. when they appear i am nopt able to take turns.

yoga make us perfect i have realized it. earlier i was also a member of the yoga team but i quit it now i am not willing to do that asanas that i have learnt but am happy that i can do meditation that our yoga sir has taught us. and my 90% tension is released.
