Bharamri means the 'BEE'.
TECHNIQUE - Sit in any meditative pose, close your eyes and back should be straight.Close the ears with the help of thumb.Start inhaling through both the nostrils, after that start exhaling by making the sound of a BEE.Continue same process for about 2 to5 minutes.
ADVANTAGES - CONCENTRATION POWER WILL BE IMPROVED.EAR AND THROAT PROBLEMS WILL BE CURE.

i am pooja gupta of x-c it has increased my conentration and it also helps me in my throat problems.I think everyone should do this exercise
