TECHNIQUE - Sit in any meditative pose.Close the eyes and your body should be straight.Then concentrate on your breathe.Regulate your breathing; make it slow, deep and rhythmic.continue this process for about 1 minute.After that concentrate between your eyebrow that is ajna chakra as well as your breathe.repeat this process for about 2 minutes.Then chant 'OM' in your mouth.Continue this process for about 5 to 10 minutes.

while doing the meditation my concentration power has increased .while doing any work i can concentrate on that work. like if i am playing cricket i can concentrate on it .while studying too.
