TECHNIQUE - Sit in any meditative posture.Burn a lamp or candle and keep it at a distance of 4 to 6 feet in the front of eyes.Now without blinking eyes, see at the bottom of the flame.Candle should be kept at a place having no wind.When tears start or eyes start burning stop looking at flame.If tears start rolling, dip your head and eyes in a vessel containing cold water and open your eyes.Bring vessel near face and open and close your eyes in the vessel.This will reduce burning sensation of eyes.The duration of practice should be increased gradually.
ADVANTAGES - IT COMPLETELY GET RID OF THE INATTENTIVENESS OF THE MIND.IT INCREASES THE EYESIGHT.IT GIVES SOUND SLEEP.PERSONS HAVING BAD DREAMS ARE PROTECTED.
