I Jyoti jindal of class 11-B1 have done NADDI SHODHAN,KAPAL BHAANTI KRIYA and MEDITATION due to which my cold has better than before and my concentration has become sharp than before.

I Prince Jindal of class 7-A have done SURYA NAMASKAR due to which my height has been increased by 5cm i.e.height before-145cm and now height-150cm.
