KAPALBHATI

Technique - Sit in any meditative posture and put both hands on knees.First inhale, completely while exhale push lower portion of navel area the back side, again and again as per strenght in one minute, 20 to 60 pushes should be done. Yoga experts can do it upto 120 times per minute.
Advantages - Kapal means fore-head, hence known as kapal bhati. It is useful for lungs, brain and heart.It is also increases blood circulation and cures digestive system.It is useful for person suffering from obesity.
