SHEETKARI PRANAYAMA

TECHNIQUE - Sit in any meditative pose. Exhale completely through both the nostrils. Start inhaling through the mouth with the tip of the tongue pressed against the teeth and close the lips.Slowly exhaling through both the nostrils.Continue the same process for about 2 to 5 minutes.
ADVANTAGES - ALL DISORDERS OF SPLEEN AND LIVER ARE CURED.IT ALSO CURE THE PILES.THE BAD ODOUR OF THE MOUTH WILL BE REMOVED.
