SHITLI PRANAYAMA

TECHNIQUE - Sit in any meditative pose like padam asana or vajra asana or sukh asana.close your eyes and back should be straight.Stretch the tongue and slowly slowly inhaling.when inhalation is complete close the lips.Slowly start exhalation through both the nostrils.repeat this process for about 2 to 5 minutes.
