TRATAKA {LAMP OR CANDLE EXERCISE} - Place lighting candle or lamp on a table.
Sit in front of the candle/lamp by maintaining a distance of about 4 to 6 feet.
Start exercise by closing the eyelids.
Open the eyes slowly and concentrate on the outer surface of the lamp flame for about a minute.
Close the eyes and perform palming.After that, relax the eyes.
Slowly open the eyelids, concentrate on the central part of the lamp flame for about a minute.remember, blinking of eyes should not be done.After that, close the eyes,rub your hands,put your hand on your eyes and open the eyes.
after that relax the eyes for about 1 to 2 minutes.
continue this process 5 to 6 times.
