ARDH CHAKRA ASANA{HALF WHEEL POSE}


PROCESS - Stand straight, Then raise your hands upward and interlock them.Inhale and bend backward along with your hands.As the legs are coming down behind the head.Hold in this position for 10 to 60 seconds with normal breathing.After that exhale and slowly come back.You can also put your hands on waist.
