SNAKE POSE [SARP ASANA]


PROCESS - Lie down on your stomach, join your legs,take both the hands towards the back side and hold the wrist with each other.Inhale and lift the chest up as much as you can.Remaining in this position for about 10 to 40 seconds.While exhale come back.Repeat this pose 2 to 4 times.
