BHUJANG ASANA [COBRA POSE]


PROCESS - Lie down on your stomach and join your legs.Place both the hands near both the side of chest.The elbow should be lifted up.Inhale and lift the chest and head upwards.The lower part of the navel should touch the ground.Remain in this position for about 10 to 40 seconds.Repeat this pose 2 to 4 times.
BENEFITS - IT CURE CERVICAL, SPONDALITIS, SLIP DISC AND ALL BACK PROBLEMS.
