SETUBANDH ASANA [BRIDGE POSE]


PROCESS - Lie down on your back, fold the knees.Remember keep the legs near the hips.Hold the ankle with hands.First inhale, then raise your back and hips.Shoulders should rest on the ground.Stay in this position for about 10 to 60 seconds as much as you can.Exhale,while coming down.Repeat this pose 2 to 4 times.
