SHALABH ASANA


PROCESS - Lie down on your stomach.Then place both the hands below the thighs.Inhale, lift the right leg up and remain this position for 10 to 40 seconds..Remember, Your both legs should be straight.Exhale and Slowly slowly come back.Again inhale and lift your left leg and remain in this position for 10 to 40 seconds..Exhale and come back.Repeat this pose 2 to 4 times.

AFTER THAT LIFT YOUR BOTH LEGS.REMAIN IN THIS POSITION FOR ABOUT 10 TO 40 SECONDS.
