PROCESS - Stand straight,raise your hands straight with 90 degrees angle.First inhale then exhale and bend your knees and lower the trunk.While doing this pose remember your back and neck should be straight.Stay in this position for 10 to 60 seconds.Inhale and come back.Repeat this pose for 2 to 5 times.
