PROCESS - Lie down on your back.Inhale and first raise the head and shoulders upward and then the legs.Head, shoulders and legs should be lifted at the same level like a boat.Stay in this position for about 10 to 60 seconds,but as much as you can.While exhaling,slowly slowly come down.Repeat this pose for about 2 to 5 times.
